    coffee, few falafel chips w/ habanero salsa
    unsweet iced tea, lemon chicken stuffed w/spinach and feta, bit of rice
    gluten free spag w/ arrabiata sauce, vodka w/diet tonic

    tuna on low cal bread with vegan cheese
    chicken shwarma wrap
    buffalo chicken soup...oh my
    vodka tonic

    tuna wrap w/vegan cheese and spicy peanuts, vitamin water zero, few pretzels chips with reduced calorie yogurt herb dip
    roasted turkey and vegetables, vodka with flavored water and lime

    coconut coffee
    Red potatoes and broccoli with Smart Balance Light 'butter' and one can kippered herring.
    one serving 'whipped' greek yogurt
    Hydroxycut smoothie and lots of water
    Vodka and Jin-Ja. (If you haven't had this juice drink....it's a must try!)

    Chicken and dumpling soup.
    Meatball (the simmered old fashion "the way my Italian mother made them") sandwich, DH and I - heaven in a meatball!! Or two,or three cha cha cha! Ha!

    Poached eggs on wholewheat toast, tea;
    crackers, naan, and hummus, chocolate parfait, glass of pinot grigio;
    A scoop of the most bland, tasteless tuna noodle casserole that I've ever eaten, tomatoes, fizzy water;
    will make some chamomile tea to sip before bedtime.

    saturday: tuna on multigrain wrap, low sodium tomato soup...vitamin water zero, and coffee w/skim
    ham, apple, gouda panini, iced unsweet tea
    porkchop, with slaw and two small wedges of roasted potato, 2 cocktails w/gin in them

    sunday...cheat day....all I am going to say is that a lot of bacon was involved and doritos and dip....but I did eat a non toxic dinner of veal and veggies, screwdriver

    steamed rice (diced celery and carrot, ginger, curry, bean sprouts, chives, sesame oil and soy sauce), unsweet tea

    Leftover chicken korma with naan

    2 pieces of pizza, vodka fizzy water

    crappy lettuce wraps which I mostly didn't eat and shrimp/corn chowder
    chips and cheese and a bit of chop suey
    vodka and water

    Chicken fried rice and hot and sour soup

    Finally! Found a ready made cake mix that is peanut free, dairy free, nut free, gluten free, wheat free and egg free, certified facility with no exposure to traces of anything! Whew and the cake is actually pretty darn good, my family is going to be stoked as well as neighbor's daughter.

    chicken dumpling soup, chicken dumpling soup again and a shwarma wrap, approx 8 wasabi soy almonds and one biscotti with coffee...high probability of a vodka with zero calorie fizzy water later

    Multigrain Cheerios, yogurt and blackberries, tea;
    Mocha frappacino;
    peas sprinkled with shredded mozzarella cheese,
    Several slices of buttered toast,
    gin and tonic

    Reading all of these entries is making me hungry...sticking to high protein low carb diet...with lots of fruits and vegetables...and water...maybe I'll have a Greek yogurt for a mid morning snack...
