    The first one looks like a very poor version of the Indian step used in top rock, part of breakdancing (bboying)

    The dance in the first video is called the X-Out. It was originally done by the British black community dancing to reggae and northern soul. It became a critical component for skanking (dancing to ska) and has since been one of the fundamental dances to jungle and drum & bass.
