I hear ya. But it only takes one comment like that, then...not so much.thought of you fondly yesterday, as i wore black stretchy gauchos to my studio practice w/ pro... with black nike zippy jacket over it... love that look. i should have a wardrobe of two dozen just for dance lessons & practice...
(hmmm... wonder if i could more like that... my secondary summer mantra, it seems...)
then...not so much.
I understand that. At least it's not a hard name to pronounce.![]()

unfortunately it is. it's spelled kim, but pronounced keem. and like i said, it's not even my full name, which i had the pleasure of hearing school teachers mangle every year since i was six.
Yes.amongst other dancers at rounds, it's rare i'll see anyone with jeans on. is this just me being a snot-nosed twentysomething?
Your practice skirts are also shorter than your ballgown(s)...and it costs you the same, i.e. nothing. :razz:Interesting. I almost never have problems stepping on practice skirts, but often have that problem with ballgowns. Sounds like my problem is more expensive to fix than yours.![]()
thats what my dance partner wears - well not utilikilts - just normal kilts in a variety of weird and wonderful fabricsIf its a hot day, I wear this: http://utilikilts.com/
Actually, I wear them anytime I can. Its so "Cool."![]()
